COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE
We are still shipping orders Australia-wide and we are doing everything in our power to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We have changed our warehouse hours and are implementing changes to make sure we send out as many orders as we can. Unfortunately our courier partners are seeing lengthy delays across the network and have reduced tracking scans to prioritise sending as many orders as possible.
Tracking: Our courier partners have significantly reduced the amount of scans that are being completed during transit to avoid further delays. If we have dispatched your order and you have received tracking details from us, your parcel has been collected from us, but may not have been scanned into the courier's tracking system. We understand that this may be frustrating, but please understand that this is out of our control.
Click and collect is still available at all stores and we are enforcing strict social distancing measures in-store to ensure everyone's safety.
