The honest bit
We believe in clear, no-surprise service. Here's how we work.
The price you see at booking is an estimate based on the services you've selected. If our technicians uncover something extra once the case is open, a failing drive, a thermal issue, a tricky board fault, we'll always contact you for approval before doing any additional work.
It holds your slot and covers the initial diagnostic. The full $20 comes straight off your final invoice when your machine is collected. If we can't help, we'll tell you why and refund it.
We complete most bookings the same day. Jobs that need ordered parts, deep diagnostics, or data recovery may take longer, we'll give you a realistic ETA before any extra work begins.
We treat your data with the care we'd treat our own, but hardware can be unpredictable, especially when it's already misbehaving. Back up your irreplaceable files before drop-off. Where possible, we'll always confirm before any operation that touches your storage.
