DELIVERY DETAILS

PLE Computers have a relationship with multiple Freight Couriers to ensure we offer the best rates possible.

Generally speaking, orders placed before 1PM which have full stock allocation at our warehouse get processed the same day (or following working day if placed on a weekend – couriers can only collect on weekdays).

If the item you want to purchase is not in stock at your preferred location but is at another location we will transfer between stores in the same state free of charge but please be aware this will add at least one business day delay before your order will be ready for pickup or dispatch.

Don’t forget when we ship your order you are able to track the status of your order through the MyPLE section of our website!

Please Note! Deliveries must be signed for. We do not leave parcels unattended.

*From dispatch at our warehouse. Estimates only, once we have dispatched the order there may be delays from the courier during busy times.

**Startrack same day delivery available for orders with sufficient stock on hand received on business days before 1pm. Pricing from $11 depending on stock required and shipping destination.

***Uber same day delivery available for orders with sufficient stock on hand received on business days that still have delivery windows available. You must be at the drop-off destination for the arrival time or goods will be returned to PLE.

IN-STORE PICKUP

At the checkout you are able to select to order online and pick up your order in store.

Please note the following important information in relation to Click and Collect orders.

Unpaid Orders:

Stock for your order will be allocated immediately upon order placement. After 7 calendar days if you have not picked up the order the order will be cancelled and goods returned to stock for sale to another customer. If you are unable to pick up within 7 days please make specific arrangements with the store directly.

Orders Paid Online and Pickup In Store:

Please note that due to fraudulent activity orders paid online and collected in store will require presentation of Photo ID to pick up the goods. If you wish to have an alternative person pick up your goods please make specific arrangements with the store directly.
