You must have!
You must be able to provide a
valid proof of purchase which enables us to quickly and easily
find your Tax Invoice. A copy of the Tax Invoice or Tax Invoice
number is the best. Cheque stubs, credit card receipts can be
valid but will generally cause delays while we attempt to find
your invoice. This can sometimes disappoint should we not be
able to accurately pin point your invoice. Why not use MyPLE to
keep track of your tax invoices? It sure beats that old shoebox
we all have!
We must do!
If your product doesn’t work when
you get it home (DOA) you have been very unlucky and it’s our
commitment to get you a refund, repair or replacement within the
first 14 days of purchase. Should your product need to be sent
off to a manufacturer for an evaluation for refund, repair or
replacement, we assure you we will get a solution within 2 weeks
of the job being created. This is for all products less than 12
months old.
