Technical Service Centre
PLE Computers operates Service Departments at all of its locations to provide you with up-to-date technical expertise for your convenience. Should you have a product you purchased from PLE Computers feel free to give them a call or come down and speak to them in person. They are available during the standard opening hours.

We do have a couple of small rules to keep things running smoothly. Our technicians only work on products or systems purchased from PLE Computers. If your product is out of warranty be prepared to pay for the technicians time and any parts. Our current labour rate is $39 per half hour.

Warranty

You must have!
You must be able to provide a valid proof of purchase which enables us to quickly and easily find your Tax Invoice. A copy of the Tax Invoice or Tax Invoice number is the best. Cheque stubs, credit card receipts can be valid but will generally cause delays while we attempt to find your invoice. This can sometimes disappoint should we not be able to accurately pin point your invoice. Why not use MyPLE to keep track of your tax invoices? It sure beats that old shoebox we all have!

We must do!
If your product doesn’t work when you get it home (DOA) you have been very unlucky and it’s our commitment to get you a refund, repair or replacement within the first 14 days of purchase. Should your product need to be sent off to a manufacturer for an evaluation for refund, repair or replacement, we assure you we will get a solution within 2 weeks of the job being created. This is for all products less than 12 months old.
